I am surfing the net when I found out that there is another extra character aside from the villain Shockwave which you will be seen in the upcoming transformers 3: dark of the moon movie. There are photos that I want to share to you that I have seen which is featured in the empire magazine, which was Sentinel Prime and Optimus Prime. I will give also a short background of Sentinel Prime for you to have an idea on what will be the role of Sentinel Prime in the movie. Here are the photos as well as the background of our new character Sentinel Prime.
Sentinel Prime died during the early stages of the civil war on Cybertron, supposedly killed by Megatron in single combat. In this continuity, at the time of his death, Sentinel Prime was not in possession of the Matrix.
When Megatron later battled Optimus Prime for the first time, he states that Sentinel tried to talk him out of his evil ways.
